Tonya Harding – Vancouver, Washington

Tonya Harding was the ice-skating darling of the United States during the late 1980s to early 1990s. However, it all went south after her ex-husband, Jeff Gillooly, planned an attack on her rival, Nancy Kerrigan, to keep her from partaking in the 1994 Winter Olympics. She admitted to knowing about her ex-spouses’ plot and accepted a plea bargain in court.

Harding has done her best to avoid the limelight after getting a lifetime ban from the United States Figure Skating Association. But in 2017, Daily Mail reported that she was photographed sitting outside her Washington home, smoking a cigarette and drinking coffee.
