Corbin Bernsen – Laurel Canyon, California

This house is called The Crown Jewel for a reason. Actor Corbin Bernsen, known for “L.A. Law,” owned this house in 2005, built in 1936. It was willed to him by Beach Dickerson, but because he already has a stylish abode, he and his wife, Amanda Pays, renovated the property and put it on the market for $1.95 million.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it gives a panoramic view of the hillside. If Bernsen plans to flip other houses, he could afford to buy a few because he remains an in-demand star, playing Sinclair in the 2022 show “City on a Hill.”
