TV personality Kelly Osbourne recently acquired American actress Rooney Mara’s 2000+ square foot modern house in Los Feliz for the sum of $3.57 million. The mid-century mansion was built way back in 1963 to feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and maintain sophisticated modernism.
The house was initially listed for 3.45 million dollars, but with Kelly’s determination to buy it, her offer went up to 3.57 million dollars. It was and still looks like the right decision for her, especially considering the large decks surrounding the place and the amazing view of the city hills from within.
