Lauren Conrad – Pacific Palisades, California
After the birth of their first son, in 2017, Lauren Conrad and her musician husband, William Tell, decided to sell their house in the Pacific Palisades. The couple had bought it in 2015, for $4.4 million, and sold it for $4.7 million.
We can’t think of a reason why she wanted to move after all the house has 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a powder room. It also has a swimming pool with a spa and a water slide. Conrad has since had one more son, in 2019 and the family is currently living in their $8.5-million waterfront home in Laguna Beach.
