The enormous 12-acre property sits on an island with direct access to a beach and is said to have cost Woods a whopping $41 million. He acquired this 9,000-square-foot slice of heaven in 2006 and has enjoyed it ever since.
After collecting $1.6 billion in earnings throughout his career (according to Forbes magazine), Woods seems to be ready to retire finally. In 2021, outlets such as Golf Digest and CNN reported that he would no longer work as a full-time golfer.
