Paul Hogan – 1939

Paul Hogan was birthed on October 8th, 1939, in Sydney, Australia. He’s claimed that he was born in the Australian rural settlement of Lightning Ridge to make himself seem fascinating. Having been raised in Sydney, where he still resides in 2022, he got his start as a fitter on the Sydney Harbor Bridge while still a teenager.

In 1971, he made his television debut in Australia on the talent program “New Faces.” He noticed that the show’s popularity was mostly due to the judges’ mocking and belittling of the competitors. And, he remained known for making them feel the same way.
