Philip Michael Thomas – 1949
The role of Ricardo Tubb on “Miami Vice” made Philip Thomas a household name. Acting gigs in several films and television shows followed. “Coonskin” was his first notable part. Both “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City” and “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories” have a part for Thomas, as well. A musical CD entitled “Living the Book of My Life” was also published by the artist.
He’s been nominated for a Golden Globe and received a People’s Choice Award nomination. The “EGOT” acronym, coined by Thomas, stands for Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. As of 2022, he hasn’t yet achieved his goal of winning all four.
