Thibang Phete – $100k

Thibang Phete, affectionately known as Cafu, a famous soccer player who has retired, was a mainstay for the Portuguese Club Belenenses. Alongside his fellow countryman Sithole, who is 22 years old, they have amassed more than 50 appearances across all competitions together.

They are expected to retain their starting status for the 2021/22 season, and Phete’s impressive form with Belenenses earned him a call up to Bafana Bafana against Namibia in November last year and has been a steady presence in the squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier match in Zimbabwe.
