Luther Singh – $800k
Luther Singh, the 24-year-old goal scorer from Soweto, made a shock move in 2021 to Denmark’s Superliga giants, FC Copenhagen. He ended his spell in Portugal after being deemed as the redundant surplus value after five years at the club. Fortunately, his old club reached an agreement to sell the player for $1.8 million.
He feels confident that he will adapt quickly to his new coaches playing style because, in his own words, he knows what European coaches like. In the meantime, he is back in South Africa to play for the national side.
