Going Public
After countless hours explaining to his family and friends that his sons are not his, Richard decided to go public and share his story with Britain’s leading news outlets. Talking with the press was a sort of therapy for him, which allowed him to reflect on everything he was put through after being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis.
Naturally, the press was also very interested in Richard’s story. After all, he was a relatively known businessman who had been the victim of one of the most shocking instances of paternity fraud in recent history! Sounds like a nice way of selling newspapers.
