If we were asked why this picture went viral, the answer is pretty obvious. Sometimes positioning is all that matters, as we can see here. Mom and baby are innocently taking a nap, and this photographer decided to make more out of it than necessary.

Whatever dirty things you think you’re seeing isn’t that at all. Those are tiny feet nestled between the mother’s lap. Motherhood is not an easy task, and moms need to sleep whenever they can, especially when the newborn is sleeping. It’s probably why she’s out cold, not knowing she’s been photographed.
