Catching The Moon
Taken by Bruno Gerber in Bern, Switzerland, it probably took a while to chance upon the moon and the crane in the perfect position. This reminds us of the crane games in arcades where players try their luck to get stuffed toys or other prizes in the machine through robot fingers.
Anyone who has tried this game would know that it is difficult to get a prize, and that’s because these machines are rigged—or so the Smithsonian Magazine claimed. It explained that the claws are randomly strong at times so that some players are able to win while many others don’t.
