It must have been surreal to see this beast catching its dinner in action, but it is probably a familiar sight for wildlife photographer Eli Martinez, who has been working on the scene for many years.
People often confuse alligators and crocodiles, but there are key differences. According to AZ Animals, the former has a rounded, U-shaped snout and webbed feet and is generally timid, while the latter has a triangular, V-shaped snout and is seen as aggressive. Despite the difference in behaviors, don’t take this as a sign to go near these giant lizards because they are not meant to be approached.
