Phil Murphy & Tammy Murphy – Together Since 1993

Phil Murphy assumed the office of the Governor of New Jersey in 2018. Under Barack Obama’s administration, Murphy served as the U.S. Ambassador to Germany. He worked at Goldman Sachs for 23 years, holding different high-level positions before he quit in 2006.

Tammy Snyder previously worked at Goldman Sachs, where she met her current husband, Phil Murphy. They met in 1987, but it wasn’t until 1993 that they went on a date. They were engaged just 18 days after their first date and married six months later. They have four children: Charlie, Josh, Sam, and Emma.
