There are many memorable things about the Oscar-winning animated movie “Shrek,” including its spectacular lineup of cast members. According to IMDb, the lead character was originally envisioned as being voiced by Chris Farley, but after his death in 1997, the role was given to Mike Myers.

On top of this, the film features a popular song called “All Star” by the band Smash Mouth. The song was originally released in 1999 and was included on the film’s soundtrack, becoming a hit and helping to boost the band’s popularity. So we are not surprised that the group didn’t like this story.
