Despite It All, He Still Loves His Mother
It could have been easy for Kevin to feel extreme hatred toward his mother for giving him up. He wasn’t raised by her after all, and most of the success he has achieved was as a result of his foster parents. But in the end, he was practicing what he was preaching to his passengers, understanding, and most importantly, forgiveness.

Thankfully for her, he was understanding of her reasoning for putting him in an orphanage, and to her, he loves her, forgave her a long time ago, and knows she is a good person.
