Doubling Down His Disdain
Mr. Thompson was not in the mood for having someone next to him, and let the attendant know it. He claimed that he didn’t pay the extra money to have someone sitting next to him. He even remonstrated that he should have bought an economy class ticket instead.
He was becoming pretty volatile and this was upsetting not just Mrs. Wilson, but other business class passengers as well. Clearly, there were some other criteria beyond just affordability, and this was beginning to weigh heavily on the senior citizen’s morale. But how much of Mr. Thompson’s whinging was the flight attendant willing to take?
