Rafi Silver
Rafi Silver is not yet a household name in show business, but we don’t doubt he’ll get there someday! A graduate of New York University’s graduate acting program, he’s got the tools to make things happen. His brief but memorable stint on “NCIS” proves that.
In four episodes from 2015 to 2017, Silver portrayed the translator Qasim Naasir, who was also the love interest of actress Emily Wickersham’s character but was ultimately killed off the show. Last we heard, he was working as a freelance actor and writer as he stars in NBC’s supernatural TV series “Manifest” in 2020.
