With their undeniable resemblance and similar last names, Colin Hanks can’t hide being “Forrest Gump” actor Tom Hanks’ son. Colin has been hard at work to prove himself a capable actor in his own right, though. Remember him as Anna Faris’ charming love interest in “The House Bunny”?

We reckon his performance as investigator Richard Parsons in three episodes of “NCIS” also introduced him to another segment of viewers. Safe to say, he’s moved on to bag meatier roles, including one on the critically-acclaimed TV series “Fargo.” Colin notably portrayed the real-life lawyer Mike Emmick on the 2021 show “American Crime Story: Impeachment.”
