Mark Harmon
What better way to start our list than with the show’s main star Mark Harmon? Since the first season of “NCIS” aired in 2003, he’s been portraying the character Leroy Jethro Gibbs, a special agent for the titular Naval Criminal Investigative Service. He’s done a fantastic job, too, with the role earning him several award nominations.
Harmon continues to play Gibbs in the police procedural TV series in its 19th season, which aired in 2021. And we totally get why he’s stayed on the show for so long. According to Hello! magazine, he receives an impressive per episode salary of $525K.
