Joe Spano
Another longtime actor to make the “NCIS” cast is Joe Spano, who plays FBI agent Tobias Fornell. He’s been acting since the ’70s and has even bagged an Emmy Award for his guest acting stint on the NBC drama “Midnight Caller.” You might also remember him from films like “Apollo 13” and “American Graffiti.”
Spano occasionally appears on “NCIS,” starring in a couple of episodes of the show’s 18th season in 2020 and 2021. We reckon this arrangement gives him more time to spend with his wife Joan Zerrien, with whom he shares two daughters through adoption.
