Coté de Pablo
Another “NCIS” cast member who has tendered her resignation is Coté de Pablo. She first departed the show in 2013 only finishing her character Ziva David’s arc. However, she made a surprise return six years later and reprised her role until 2020.
Speaking with TV Guide, de Pablo said that it was her personal choice to leave the first time around. She then shared in a later Q&A, which was posted on YouTube, that she didn’t like how Ziva was being treated and that she’d only go back if her character was given fantastic material to work with.
