At Walmart, you can wear whatever you wish, and be ignored, no matter what, so we guess that’s why the young gent in the picture decided to go shopping in a mini skirt without fear or tremble. As weird as it sounds, he rocked the skirt, showing off his long skinny legs.

We doubt he got that item of clothing from Walmart anyway, considering the shop mostly sells moderate clothes. Still, we can’t help but wonder how many more mini skirts are hiding away in this man’s wardrobe. It will be a sight to behold!
