Derek Carr’s passion for football was no coincidence. It ran in his blood, fueled by his older brother David Carr’s success in the NFL. However, Derek’s talent and dedication brought him to the Oakland Raiders in 2014. But football isn’t the only thing that he has a passion for.

His love for his wife, Heather Neel, is equally exceptional. It was like lightning struck when Derek first saw Neel at a restaurant. After dating for a few years, they knew it was meant to be. They married in 2012, and their love grew, with four beautiful kids to show for it.
