Warren Buffett – $45K, Cadillac XTS

As of December 2020, Warren Buffett’s fortunes fall in the $85.6 billion range earning him the fourth spot on the list of the world’s wealthiest people. You would expect a man of such means to own a luxury vehicle, but Buffett drove a modest automobile for years like most other billionaires.

Buffett bought a Cadillac XTS in 2014 for $45K, which was a trade-up from the Cadillac DTS he previously owned. Buffett, who serves as the Berkshire Hathaway CEO, is known for his frugal quirks. Up until 2013, he used a Nokia flip phone, but he eventually got with the times and embraced an iPhone 11.
