Minnie Dlamini – “Live Amp Friday”

Minnie Dlamini, real name Minenhle Jones, is best-known as an on-air personality, but also for her acting and modeling work. She began her career in entertainment in 2010 and right around that time, she was selected to be the presenter for the “Live Amp Friday” music show that airs on SABC 1.

However, Minnie was already working as a presenter while she was at the University of Cape Town, sometime earlier in 2010. Later on, around 2013, she turned to sports broadcasting and has co-hosted the “Soccerzone” show, and she has since co-hosted many important public events, like the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards and South African Film and Television Awards.
