Derek Jeter & Hannah Jeter
Derek and Hannah Jeter are another one of the famous athlete-model couples on our list. They married in 2016 after four years of dating and now have two kids. Hannah graced the cover of the 2015’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and has donned the creations of Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, Victoria’s Secret, and other prominent names.
Derek is a retired baseball player, with five World Series championship wins under his belt and numerous other accolades. His professional career lasted from 1995 to 2014, spent entirely with the New York Yankees. Derek is now a part-owner of the MLB’s Miami Marlins and, as of 2020, he is a Baseball Hall of Famer.
