Is this a beach party or something? Kidding aside, these fresh-looking women definitely looked like they were having too much fun cheering for their team. Although they seem to be wearing casual beach clothes, the colors blue and white are a nod to the Uruguay flag, which consists of stripes and a yellow sun.
These women were probably glad that their home country produced some of the most notable football players, such as Luis Saurez, whose work with Liverpool elevated his status. Center forward Edinson Cavani is regarded as one of the best Uruguay athletes today because of his ball control.
