Gabrielle Giffords – Tucson, Undisclosed
Known for her gun control advocacy, the former congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords presented a Gun Violence Memorial in Los Angeles in 2021. After being gravely injured in a mass shooting, Giffords became a well-known political figure and spent years fighting against America’s gun-control legislation.
A lawmaker who lived most of her life in her home state of Arizona, Giffords moved back to her Tucson family home in 2012 after spending months traveling all over the world. After serving in the House of Representatives, Giffords decided to retire from politics but remained a hardworking activist.
