Condoleezza Rice – Palo Alto, $1.96 Million
The first woman of color to fill in as Secretary of State, the legendary Condoleezza Rice is still one of the sharpest ladies in American politics. In 2021, she appeared in “The View” and praised Joe Biden’s China policy while also claiming it’s time to “move on” from January’s Capitol invasion.
Speaking of moving on, Rice reportedly sold her Palo Alto home for $1.96 million in 2018. The buyer? None other than Stanford University! Reportedly, the American diplomat bought the property at a discount because the land beneath the home never stopped belonging to Stanford.
