At the 2021 COP26 event, President Joe Biden made the news after falling asleep during a presentation. It wasn’t one of America’s proudest moments, and it’s emblematic of Biden’s presidency, which has been marked by a series of ups (such as his ambitious infrastructure bills) and downs.
According to House Beautiful, anyone with $2.4 million can move to Delaware and have Biden as a neighbor, as the next-door house to his Delaware mansion is on the market. As for Biden’s abode, it’s reported to be worth $2 million and features three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It was acquired in 1998 for just $350K.
