Too progressive for the Democrat Party, the former presidential candidate Andrew Yang announced the creation of the Forward Party in 2021, a new American political institution with universal basic income as one of its central policies. Not one to boast about his fortune, Wang’s said to live with his wife and kids in a relatively small New York City apartment.
Details about Yang’s house are very scarce, but he’s said to rent (not own) the 2,700-square-foot property. It’s said to cost about $500K, which is half of Yang’s reported net worth of $1 million (according to Forbes).
