John Kerry – Martha’s Vineyard, $12 Million
The former presidential candidate John Kerry was one of the many high-profile speakers present at COP26, where he talked positively about how the world’s closer to avoiding climate chaos. Years before, in 2016, he listed his former Nantucket home for $25 million and invested $12 million in a Martha’s Vineyard property.
Looking for a more serene lifestyle, Kerry and his wife Teresa Heinz now reside in a gated 18-acre property sitting in a very exclusive area. Their Martha’s Vineyard neighbors are not bad either: the Obamas visit the place often, and celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey and Larry David also own property there.
