Denzel Washington – Basketball
Denzel Washington is named by The New York Times as the most outstanding actor of the 21st century and is often credited for re-configuring the concept of classic movie stardom. During his peak as a leading man in the ’90s, he has starred in blockbuster films “Malcolm X” and “Much Ado About Nothing.”
Washington is also remembered for starring in the sports drama film “He Got Game.” It turned out that he was not a new recipient to the basketball scene. While earning a degree in drama and journalism at Fordham University, he served as the guard for the collegiate basketball team under NBA coach P.J. Carlesimo.
