Geena Davis – Archery
Geena Davis has proved she is in a league of her own, having garnered numerous awards for her work on and off the screen. Her most successful projects are “The Fly,” “Beetlejuice,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.” She has played roles of all sorts throughout her career, ranging from a doctor, baseball catcher, and pirate.
However, her most outstanding athletic achievement came in real life, as she ranked the 13th overall best archer in the United States. In 1999, she became one of the 300 women who went into the semifinals to participate in the Sydney 2000 Summer Olympics. Although she did not qualify, she joined the Sydney International Golden Arrow competition.
