Parking spaces are a must in every town as vehicles are the main factor in transportation. Moreover, parking blocks inside parking lots also play a big role because they serve as small barriers to guide drivers on how and where to park. These blocks are also considered pedestrian tripping hazards.

However, this kind of parking block design might cause confusion rather than clarity for the drivers. The first person who built this must have painted in the wrong spot, then the next person ignored it and placed his stone marker on the opposite side. Either way, no one was too hardworking even to correct both mistakes.
