Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Nicholas Godejohn – Together Since 2012

Fans of true crime stories have probably heard of Gypsy Rose Blanchard. She is serving a ten-year sentence for conspiring to kill her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. Dee Dee was found dead in her home in 2015 with no sign of Gypsy.

Apparently, Dee Dee suffered from Munchausen syndrome by Proxy and made everyone believe her daughter was chronically sick. The latter couldn’t take the psychological and physical abuse anymore and plotted to kill her mom with her boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn. The court tried both for murder and found them guilty. But even as they served their sentences in 2022, the duo tied the knot behind bars.
