Erin Karpluk – 42, Being Erica

Erin Karpluk has had a string of successful TV series roles, including recurring roles in “Glory Days” (The W.B.) and “Life Unexpected” (The C.W.), as well as her breakout lead role in Godiva’s “Bravo!/CHUM.” She was nominated for a Gemini Award for Best Actress in a Dramatic Series in 2006. Karpluk rose to prominence as ‘Erica Strange’ in CBC’s “Being Erica.”

She’s proven that she doesn’t need any makeup to be noticed. Karpluk got her third Gemini Award nomination in 2011 for her performance on Being Erica, for which she won the Gemini Award for Best Actress in a Dramatic Series in 2009. She appeared in the 2021 TV series, “A Million Little Things.”
