Peter Dean – Jeff Bateman From Coronation Street

Peter Dean is an accomplished British actor who is renowned for his roles in popular television shows such as “EastEnders” as Pete Beale, Jeff Bateman in “Coronation Street,” and Jack Wilding in “Woodentop.”

He is now a practicing Buddhist who left “EastEnders” to work as a security guard and in a furniture yard. A former soap star, Peter was renowned for his acting career, having achieved success in shows such as “Law And Order,” “Minder,” “Shoestring,” “Hammer House of Horror,” and “The Chinese Detective.” After quitting the business, however, he turned his attention to other fields and became a Jack of all trades, gaining expertise in painting and decorating.
