Tracy Shaw – Maxine Peacock From Coronation Street

Tracy Shaw is widely remembered for her portrayal of Maxine Peacock in the long-running soap opera “Coronation Street.” However, her tenure on the show ended abruptly when she left in 2003 after a dispute over pay with the show’s producers. Her character, Maxine, was killed off in a dramatic episode aired on January 13, 2003, when she was murdered by Richard Hillman who is played by Brian Capron.

Since departing from “Coronation Street,” Tracy has remained active in the entertainment industry, taking on various theatre gigs. However, she has not been able to achieve the same level of success she had while playing the role of Maxine in the show.
