John Altman – Nick Cotton From EastEnders
John Altman is an English actor and singer, best known for playing the recurring character Nick Cotton in the BBC soap opera “EastEnders.” He was one of the show’s original cast members, appearing in the first episode in February 1985. His character was eliminated in the 30th-anniversary installment of the show that aired in February 2015.
A few years after being killed off as Nick Cotton on “EastEnders,” John has embraced a longer hairstyle and his natural greys, making him almost unrecognizable. He has made an effort to take care of himself. He mentioned that he no longer drinks and smokes which contributed to his renewed look.
