Rainer Calmund, Unternehmer, 12 Millionen Euro

He managed what most of his former football colleagues unfortunately couldn’t: Rainer Calmund has successfully built a second career as a presenter, author and entertainer outside of football. Rainer would have loved to have become a footballer himself, but he was granted that thanks to a sports injury.

Since he wanted to stay true to football, he worked from 1974 as a youth coach at Bayer Leverkusen. In just ten years he made it to the board. After retiring from the Board of Directors, he began a new career as a successful TV entertainer. Today he has a fortune of 12 million euros.
