Bear Grylls – £18.5 Million

As a young child, Bear Grylls learned to sail and climb with his father who was a member of a prestigious British yacht club Royal Yacht Squadron. The future TV star himself enlisted in the army, serving as a reserve soldier from 1994 to 1997 and training in parachuting, climbing, survival, explosives, and unarmed combat.

Little did he know, the skills he acquired during his brief stint in the army would help get him his big break in television, make his millions, and inspire survival-themed shows like “Running Wild with Bear Grylls.” On November 12, he premiered his “Into The Wild With Bear Grylls: Vicky Kaushal Episode” on National Geographic.
