Charlie Brooker first stepped into the limelight in the early 2000s when he signed on as a TV reviewer for the Guardian Guide. The pop-culture newsletter has since been adapted to the publication’s mobile app and online platforms as well.

When Brooker joined the Guardian Guide to write his iconic Screen Burn columns, he was a relatively unknown video games journalist. He later inked a lucrative multi-show deal with Netflix that saw him work on projects like “Dead Set and “Black Mirror.” In September 2021, he added another show to the line-up, partnering with Rob Lowe in “Attack of the Hollywood Cliches!.”
