In a special guest debate episode of “Good morning Britain” in 2021, Dame Esther Rantzen hailed Queen Elizabeth II as the ‘guiding star.’ She argued against the royal stepping down from her duties as the matriarch of the British royal family after the Queen canceled her appearance at the COP26 due to health concerns.
