Christie Brinkley was a very popular model from back then who was known for appearing in a number of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues. The magazine covers she has appeared in throughout her entire career amount to more than 500 already. Christie Brinkley was once married to Peter Cook but unfortunately, they only stayed married for twelve years. The relationship left them however with a beautiful daughter named Sailor Brinkley-Cook who is continuing Christie’s legacy in the modeling scene. In 2018, Sailor was able to appear on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
