Phylicia Rashad, Actress and Film Director, $60 million

Phylicia Rashad is an American actress popularly known as Claire Huxtable in “The Cosby Show.” She’s had a fantastic career that has brought her millions of dollars, and this role was her gateway to celebrity status. In May 2021, the actress was appointed as dean of the fine arts college at her alma mater, Howard University.

Before Rashad got to this point of success, she faced some disappointment in the past. In the early days of Rashad’s career, she understudied Sheryl Lee Ralph in “Dreamgirls” but was passed over when it was time to fully replace her. Rashad left the show after this, but it didn’t keep her down long.
