Tom Hardy – $4.55 Million, Richmond

In mid-2013, Tom Hardy reportedly bought a home in Richmond, southwest London, with neighbors the likes of Richard Ashcroft and Mick Jagger. Later in the year, he secured state permission to extend the stunning Georgian property after building a two-story extension.

However, his home improvement plans made the “Dark Knight Rises” star quite unpopular with some of his neighbors, who later complained about his questionable building plans to the local council. In November 2021, it was reported that Hardy had teamed up with co-star Channing Tatum to star in and produce an Afghan evacuation-themed film for Universal Pictures.

Daniel Craig – $16 Million, Spilsby
