David Furnish – $8.5 Million, Beverly Hills

In late 2021, David Furnish and Sir Elton John quietly dropped $8.5 million on another home right next door to their Los Angeles residence. The celebrity couple had owned their $7.25 million L.A. mansion for over a decade, and their new acquisition increased their footprint in the posh neighborhood of Beverly Hills.

Although details of the new home are scarce, the duo went to great lengths to keep the deal under wraps, even using a third-party LLC in a bid to remain unnamed during the negotiations. In November 2021, Furnish’s husband, Sir Elton John, was honored by Prince Charles and appointed to the Order of the Companions of Honour.
