Leona Lewis – $2.1 Million, Hollywood Hills

After selling her former home in Hollywood Hills West in June 2013 for $2.073 million, Leona Lewis then leased another house in the vicinity for $9k a month. The “Bleeding Love” singer had purchased her former home, located on Astral Drive, back in 2009 for a modest $1.85 million.

Built in a secure gated community, the 3,946-square-foot villa comes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms along with its exquisite Tuscan fixtures, a guest area, incredibly high ceilings, and a designer courtyard entryway. For the 2021 festive season, Lewis was announced as the guest star in a special Christmas episode of “I Can See Your Voice” in December.
